All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, reliability, availability, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this web site for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

EPP reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. EPP will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, EPP will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery EPP will notify its customers within 5 business days.
Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 3 - 10 business days depending on destination.

Credit Claims
- All goods should be checked on arrival. Any discrepancies should be notified to EPP within 48 hours of invoice, otherwise claims may not be recognized.
- NO CREDIT claim will be investigated unless the claim is supported by the relevant INVOICE NUMBER.
- No goods shall be accepted for credit/return unless authorized by a representative of EPP.
- Goods may not be accepted for credit in a damaged or defaced condition that is other than a fault in manufacture or a fault/responsibility of EPP.
- Any costs incurred or loss suffered by the Supplier in respect of or arising as a result of any unauthorized return by the customer may be deducted by the supplier from any credit granted by it to the customer or add it as a cost to the then amount outstanding
Shipping Policy
As the registered couriers are a third-party courier company, EPP are unable to control delivery times.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 3 - 10 days for delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
The carrier is unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
Minimum Order Quantity
A $350 minimum order value (before discount) will be required by customers for our free freight option. For orders less than the $500 amount a $25 surcharge will apply
